"Appointments shambles!"

About: Bristol Royal Infirmary

It is now over six weeks since my GP letter arrived with the appointments coordinator. Despite my repeated chasing the hospital is still unable to give me an appointment date, quoting admin staff illness and holidays as the reason. I find this completely unacceptable. This situation is causing me extreme worry and stress. Typical public sector laziness, inefficiency, incompetence and excuses. Simply not good enough!
