"Dirty ward"

My husband was admitted to ward 23 I cubical the floor was filthy something sticky had spread near the bed he was put in and left to dry no attempt had been made to clean it under the beds hadn't been swept all had dirt under them and that was just a quick look round hopefully someone will look in to this
