I'm fortunate enough to rarely meed to go thospital, tonight I saw that there are some real idiots visiting this A&E, making stupid derogatory comments and leaving litter everywhere. However the staff are great and tonight I was tended to by nurse who was just lovely and kept their cool when dealing with some real - ahem, 'characters'.
