What I liked
My son broke his hand, a painful injury. The reception staff were efficient and he was then seen very quickly and without fuss, the first person he saw was a chap who was really nice, he was gentle with my son considering his painful injury and explained everything clearly about what we needed to do and where we needed to go (x-ray's, plaster room etc). The hospital was clean and the staff used gloves when coming into contact with patients. My whole experience was quick and hassle free.
