"Staff never there, Meds prescriptions never sorted..."

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Never anyone there to answer phone, poor contact with patients, Meds not being taken because lack of communication between all parties, No prescription issued because staff are on leave. Is there no cover for these situations Poor delivery service who are just going through the motions, previous med delivery company excellent, always kept informed Over 4 months this poor service has been going on. It is not good enough!
