(as a relative),

I’ve been very pleased, the staff have been excellent and look after my husband very well.

The only problem I can think of, is when I phone up, they say they’ll call back. However, they don’t get back to you – I’ve tried phoning three times and no-one has replied.

I feel that somewhere along the line, the message is getting lost.

Thank you taking the time to let us know about the positive aspects of support provided to your husband and also for telling me about the areas that don't work quite so well for you. It is disappointing to see that you are making calls to your local branch and they are not effectively responding to you. If you would like to call me directly on 01334 472834 or 07713374709 I will ensure that I speak to the appropriate branch and hopefully we can resolve the difficulties you have been experiencing. Client contact is an area in which we have worked hard to make improvements in and now that you have brought this to my attention I will be reminding the branches of the importance of effective communication with our clients.
