"The lady turns up late every time"

About: Elite Care (Scotland) Ltd

(as a service user),

I’m not happy – I receive help from Elite Care as a gift from my daughter.

However, the lady who visits turns up 15 minutes late every time, and leaves 30 minutes early. I appreciate sometimes I’m not great at telling her what to do, but with her experience she should know what areas I could do with support with.

I’m really not happy with the service and will be cancelling.

Thank you for taking then time to tell us about your experience of Elite Care. I can clearly see that we have not met the expectations that either you or your daughter would have had of our service. Thankfully the experiences that you have experienced are not the normal which I appreciate will be of no comfort to you personally.
