I had a fall a couple of weeks ago, so I’ve needed some support.

The girls who visit are very good, I can only praise them. They discovered a lump and encouraged me to see a doctor – fortunately it was nothing to worry about but they went out of their way to help me and they were very caring.

The only slightly negative issue I can think of is that there is no weekend rota. However, I do realise it’s really difficult to arrange and everything else is really good.

I am also pleased that you have brought to my attention the problems that you have with weekend rotas. This is another part of our overall service that we have worked hard to improve on and therefore it is somewhat disappointing that this is clearly not meeting your expectations.
