"Terrible Service"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

My father has been bounced around at this hospital for nine months now. No one seems to be able or want to help and we are watching him deteriorate before our eyes. When my mother asks questions she is treated like an idiot. It is totally and utterly unacceptable. I have stated neurology as the dept below but this ranges across a number of areas. Someone needs to step up & actually assit with the issue. I will also be writing to various media outlets about the state of this hospital if the right assistance is not provided soon enough. It is almost as if you are being encouraged to go privately.
