"Whilst I find most of the nurses ..."

About: Croydon University Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

Whilst I find most of the nurses at the hospital friendly and helpful, the doctors are, to a fault, rude, insensitve, impatient, and clearly do not want to be at the hospital. The specialist are all more concerned about themselves and their trainees to care about patients. The waiting times for appointments is diabolical. If I had something life threatening, I would have been dead by the time i finally got seen. When you do eventually come across a doctor with enough humanity to care, they are usually on to better places. I would never recommend this hospital. I have now reached the point where I have asked for my hospital records from them, and told my doctor in no uncertain terms that I never wish to go there again.

May Day can keep their pompous doctors that don't care about patients. To be perfectly honest with you, I would rather take my chance with doing nothing. At least that way I won't have to keep getting my hopes up that someone will listen.

What could be improved

Getting rid of all the doctors, and more specifically specialists, and starting from scratch.

Anything else?

Don't go unless you honestly have no other choice. Although by time you get an appointment, it probably won't matter.
