Attended with a painful right ear. Greeted by a friendly receptionist who took basic details. Told to wait and called after 10 minutes by a polite, professional nurse who carefully took a thorough history of my complaint, examined my ear and discussed treatment options for my condition. The nurse arranged for some analgesia and anti-inflammatory medication and a prescription for ear drops. Finally they gave clear advice as to the treatment options available over the Bank Holiday weekend, if the symptoms became any worse. Excellent care throughout and highly recommended.
