"staff are very good"

I'm sorry but something needs to be done The poor hospital staff are working as hard as they can, but its got to be said there is not enough staff on duty.! To leave a very sick elderly patient in bed sitting in their urine and poo for over an hour while they find staff to clean them up is not fair on the nursing staff or the patient! We have offered to help but we're told were not allowed. The nursing staff are run of their feet doing the best they can and what a grate job they do.
