"Not all staff helpful"

About: Hammersmith Hospital

I asked for directions from a member of staff in area A south ground floor reception desk. Their response was to panic and tell me they had no idea. Not helpful. If this member of staff didn't know, could they not at least have pointed me in the direction of somebody that could help me. I was left to wander aimlessly, very stressed and upset.
