My Mum is 88 and was admitted to Crane Ward in April 2015, my sister and I want to say thank you to all the staff there but particularly the Senior Discharge Nurse and Social Worker who were so caring and helpful in finding Mum a place in a nice Nursing Home, they went out of their way to make sure we got the right placement and the financial assistance we needed. We thought the least we could do was let you know their efforts made all the difference to Mums stay, so thank you. Regards Jenny and Paula Phyllis's daughters
