"Primary Care"

About: Sandwell General Hospital

My daughter has been to and from GPs regarding her two year old little girls health. This little girl has a rash and a high temp. The Dr at primary care wasn't interested in her temp (38.4) but more concerned about the rash saying it was scabies. Her own GP had said three times it wasn't scabies and also the pharmacist said same. My daughter is right now calling 999 because this little girl has a temp of 39 now. Ambulance now on its way. Ambulance already there Disgusted with this hospital

Thank you for giving us your feedback. I am very sorry to hear about what has happened with your Grandaughter. We aim to protect the health and wellbeing of everyone who comes to our hospitals. We would like to investigate this further and would like to ask you to email our Patient Liaison Advice Service at swb-tr.pals@nhs.net. Thank you and I wish you well. Toby Lewis, Chief Executive.
