My partner and I were extremely satisfied with my treatment at the Royal Free's EPU. We were treated promptly, with respect and sensitivity by all staff right from my A&E visit through to the final phone call discharging me. I would like to sincerely thank everyone involved in my care, not leaving out reception staff, and wish you all the very best - especially the student midwife who was so very kind and put up with our terrible jokes!
