"Emergency admission for heart trouble"

I brought my brother-in-law in to your very busy emergency department last Sunday evening as he had been experiencing chest pains. After some tests and preliminary treatment he was admitted and stayed until Tuesday. The way he was looked after in both the emergency department and the CCU ward was first class. All the doctors, nursing staff, auxiliaries and porters were helpful, cheerful, and efficient. He is back home recuperating now, and all the family are very grateful for the excellent treatment he received at Basingstoke Hospital. A superb service!
