"Phlebotomy service"

I went to see my GP today, who advised i needed some blood tests. I went to reception to make an appointment but was told the nearest one was 8th june, over 2 weeks away. They offered an alternative that i could go down to the hospital. I opted for this. I must admit i expected a long wait. How wrong was I, I was seen within 5 minutes by a lovely jolly phlebotomist who was very polite, warm and friendly. They made me feel at ease and took my blood swiftly. What a wonderful experience at the PRH. Fabulous staff, well done Phlebotomy dept.
