"Good care poor facilities"

Really good medical care over a period of years for my mother in law. Sadly the multi million pound refurbishment does not extend to improved access for older or frail people. Car parks near to clinic areas are staff only meaning drop your older relatives off, & hope they don't fall & hurt themselves further when you park on the other side of the hospital & run back. Distressing in the cold rain & sadly creates an unfair feeling of a lack of care that is not reflected in the way staff treat us.
