"Felt at ease and comfortable"

About: Erith & District Hospital

Since I'm a severe agoraphobic, going to a hospital is always incredibly stressful for me. Luckily I could count on the awesome staff of Erith hospital to put me at ease. The friendly receptionist put me at ease right away and I did not have to wait long at all. I immediately got to see the pathology department and the nice member of staff taking my blood was very reassuring and calming. I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I had with hospitals and anyone who suffers from anxiety like me will have no problems in this hospital. A big thank you to all the staff for catering to my needs so well.
