"just a telephone call away"

About: Peterborough City Hospital

outpatient treatment usually starts with a telephone call - i have called on numerous occasions without much satisfaction. it starts by waiting in a queue to be told how long the queue is, a wait of 15 - 20 minutes is usual, and after waiting i was transferred to another call queue which cut me off. This is not a one off!
