"Breast Care"

I went to Musgrove Park Hospital for aspiration of breast cysts. The woman who aspirated was abrupt no bed side manner at all. She got her assistant to press on the cyst and then aspirated without ultrasound screen on. She would only aspirate what was marked on the form from GP. I needed a few aspirations but she only did one. I had to go back to my GP for another referral. Asked them if I could see someone else for aspiration. Saw a another lady who was extremely nice great approach with patients. She aspirated enough to make me comfortable and could see that I needed more aspiration than just one aspiration.

I asked to see someone else for aspiration but each time I went back I saw this same lady. She is abrupt and does not co-operate with the patient, has no bed side manner. She will only aspirate one cyst at a time. I was kept waiting afterwards and was told I was waiting for tests but got no results and when I asked what I was waiting for I was told I could go. Horrible person, she should not be practicing like this. I have asked for more than one cyst to be aspirated at a time but she only does one.

The last time she did not turn on the ultrasound screen. She turned it on half way through and turned it off before the end. I could not see what she was doing and needed another cysts aspirated but she only does one at a time. I have complained to them about this as it means I have to go back to the hospital for one cyst to be aspirated at a time.

I don't like this person and I don't think she should be treating people like this. I have been told that she is the only person doing aspiration at present. I now have to go to another hospital for aspiration. This is all they can offer me.
