About: East Surrey Hospital

my daughter was taken to a and e by ambulance with suicidal thoughts at midnight . she was left in a waiting area and when i arrived an hour later she had already left the building and was not stopped.eventually she came back in and we waited 4 hours to be seen it was not busy there was no reason for the wait.I was disgusted.

I am very sorry to read your post, and to read that you had such a poor experience at such a stressful and vulnerable time; the experience you describe is not at all how we would like our patients to be treated.
