"Venesection experience"

After visiting the Endoscopy Treatment Unit 5 times this year for venesections I would like to commend the staff and the department . My appointments were arranged by myself and the nurses to fit in with my working hours. The two members of staff were very professional, warm and friendly, making me feel at ease and making my treatments painless. Thank you again
