My consultant and their staff are the most caring professionals I have ever come across. I have been suffering with back pain for years and always felt fobbed off. When I went to see the consultant for the first time a couple of years ago I was so relieved that someone actually believed I was in pain. The staff are the most caring and make sure your every need is taken into account and you can see and feel that they are genuine .
