What I liked
Found the staff very helpful. What I liked most was the waiting areas felt like my own sitting room and you forgot you were in a hospital. It always felt like a home away from home. The care we received was so child orientated it made our son feel special. Doctor's were very clear when talking about results and helped us understand the options we had. Has to be one of the best hospitals we have visited for childcare.
What could be improved
Sometimes we had to wait around longer than we liked it would have been nice for an explanation as to why.
