"Disgraceful!"

I'm Appalled with this hospital and it's staff! And I'm going to tell you exactly why. On arrival at the gyno clinic I passed my letter to the person behind the desk who was busy talking to another nurse about chocolate! The nurse then looked at me and said you have you use the computer to check in..... Ok I say, I can do that ...After doing so, I take my seat in the waiting area where I sit and wait to see my consultant. Whilst waiting anxiously I see a women who I can only assume wasn't well, and needed a small amount of help, but as she walked away the three nurses at reception where clearly making fun of her and her appearance...... I continued to wait for my appointment and my consultant walked past one minute before my appointment time, to say to one of the nurses, I'm going .... I then here my name being called to see someone I was not expecting to see. This is not acceptable and I will not tolerate this.
