About: Basildon University Hospital

We were very impressed by the kindness of all the staff today. We realise that they have many other priorities (and we arrived at 1230 and left at 1130, so 11 hours sitting around) than my husband's broken bone in his wrist but we were treated with care and consideration at every turn. Thank you everyone
