What I liked
My partner recently had problems with her pregnancy, and eventually lost the baby. I have to say that throughout the whole experience, all staff invovled were professional and caring.
What could be improved
It was a good experience, no improvements needed
Anything else?
There was a fair representation of staff from ethnic minorities, but I don't think this was mirrored by post in higher levels (Administration)in the organisation.
