What I liked
The friendlines of SOME of the staff and their effort to get things right. Waiting time is minimal efficiency seem to be the motto.
What could be improved
Involving patients in decision that affects them. When I was taken into A&E after an accident, it was decided I can be discharged without consulting me even though I could not walk or handle clutches. Also, this was 4.30am in the winter.
Anything else?
Homerton is clean and have managed to retain that community spirit without too much beauracracy. keep it up
