What I liked
Before coming here I had seen several consultants, I have just had 5 days on the daycare ward, and cannot fault the kindness, care and understanding shown to me by all staff, cleaners porters, nurses, SHO's and consultants. I was listened to and reassured. I am really scared of hospitals. I have to return as an in patient in a few weeks and for the 1st time not afraid to come in to hospital.
What could be improved
The administration leading up to my admission was appauling took over 40 telephone calls to find out what was happening. Asked PALS to help but they could not find any staff to ask.
