What I liked
I continue to receive entirely supportive help and care; it is good to be treated so warmly and kindly by people who are really expert in their field. The RLHH introduced me to the helpfulness of reflexology post treatments for breast cancer some years ago now; it remains very positive for me; feel very fortunate to have been treated in this way, recently by a specialist nurse , previously by others likwise highly skilled in this practice. The doctor remains a beacon of warmth, kindness, positive approaches and serious understanding. Can only be profoundly grateful for this aspect of the NHS, and implore that it continues to assist others too. This is not to deny similarly excellent care in other areas of medicine within the NHS. We are very fortunate in the UK for so much 'joined-up writing' that the systems and modern technology afford. I am profoundly grateful.
What could be improved
Hard to think of anything, except perhaps the shortage of lifts in the building which is heavily used by families and children.
Anything else?
Thank you for this chance to comment.
