"Great staff."

Went to A&E with a head injury in the evening. I was seen promptly due to the serious potential of the injury, and then understandably put down the list of priorities when it was established I could hang on for a bit. Staff were excellent - friendly, talented, professional, and quick. Many other patients seemed as though they needed a GP rather than attend A&E. Everywhere was evidence of underfunding, from ageing buildings and equipment to the very evident staff shortage. If it weren't for the selfless dedication of the staff, we wouldn't have this great institution at all any more.
