"Awful"

About: Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital

Waited 2 months for a referral for restorative dentistry only to be told they could not treat me 'as I am not disabled'. Was only turned away after a 3 hour wait being sent for X-rays and filling out numerous forms! Surely this is a waste of money, the dentist obviously knew I would not receive any treatment after this consultations forcing me to endure the wait while the whole reason I was there in the first place was to be sedated for treatment as I am terrified of the dentist/needles! Feel exploited by the staff after allowing students in to observe, was obviously being used as an example! Awful service, long waits, pointless journey.
