"The Channel Day Centre 18.05.2015"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

My handicapped son had his cataract operated on today. From the initial appointment with the consultant and staff at Dover to his op today we received very caring attention. Staff realised that he had other problems but he was treated with great respect and kindness. I cannot name any nurse in particular, they were all brilliant. My son Christopher will remember the nurse that brought him back to the recovery ward with high fives and ice cream! Everywhere looked clean and tidy. Last year he had teeth extracted in the same Centre and the care shown was exemplary too. Well done Channel Day Centre and thank you xx

Dear JAckie, Thank you so much for your kind feedback. It is always good to know when staff care for patients well. I do hope Christopher continues to do well.
