About: Chase Farm Hospital

I had an MRI scan in april this year. The staff was very good and the place was clean and nice, but the problem is I cannot get my results for 3 or more weeks. I have been given contact number which turned out useless and the person on the line said they never did give result on this contact number. I tried to call my GP which said they still didn't have result and kept bringing me back to the hospital. I am in pain and I cannot start my treatment because I cannot get my results .Been calling more than 10 times ( GP and hospital ) So given the first impression , I expected a lot , but in the end I am still in pain and in rage for no results and no treatment yet
