Very good experience. Phoned and got an appointment for the following day. Got seen at exactly my appointment time by a friendly, efficient and helpful ANP (Vicky? ). Couldn't have been better.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with some feedback on your recent experience of seeing an ANP at the Lerwick Health Centre.

As you will be aware we introduced this service to try and enhance access to healthcare for individuals registered with the Lerwick Practice. I am very pleased to hear that you, and others, are now beginning to note the benefits of the new service.
