"Fantastic IBD nurse"

Hi, I visited the IBD nurse today for a follow up appointment. They are fantastic - the appointment was on time and they really took the time to listen and explain things to help me manage my condition myself. Above and beyond the call of duty. So much more helpful than having to meet with the consultant who doesn't really have the dedicated time and is always running behind for obvious reasons.
