"Very caring staff - helpful attitudes towards ASD"

There were some initial problems getting an appointment for my son, but since this has occurred everyone has been great. The Pediatrician we've seen has been very understanding and has written comprehensive letters advocating for assistance for my son with various other health professionals. The specialist nurse has been very helpful, kept in touch and has helped us at various points when problems have come up. My son received very considerate treatment as an inpatient. At other hospitals staff have been quite impatient and not particularly understanding towards/about his needs due to his communication being affected by ASD, however staff at Darent Valley to a person have been kind, considerate and understanding towards both him and myself.
