"All the staff were incredible"

About: East Of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance Ipswich Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

My 2 year old son had a fit after getting overheated, suffering from acute tonsillitis which we were informed upon after assessment. He scared me and my wife witless, indeed struggling to breathe at one point.

The care he recieved was amazing; from the ambulance arriving and the emergency operator - doing her best to keep me calm, through to the excellent treatment he recieved in paeds ED, where all the staff were truly incredible.

I have already dropped off a load of sweets and a thank you card to them (just wish I could remember all the individuals involved so I could thank them personally, but can't really remember a lot other than panic! ) but can you please thank them from the organisation.

I work within the hospital and see amazing acts of kindness and humanity every day, but it means all the more when it is for one of your own.
