"A hotel not a hospital"

About: Nuffield Health, Bristol Hospital (Chesterfield)

I spent two nights here and first impressions bar nowhere to park nearby (closest car park 1 mile away down a big hill) were very positive as its a new hospital, nice reception and the rooms are ok. The surgeon was ok, but seemed rushed and lost when they were in the ward before and after. The procedure was fine, but the nurses were too busy moaning about things not working, that more staff had to be cut and that the catering was being outsourced! i concluded that i should have gone to southmead, as the nice environment was good, but disengaged staff and talks about cost cutting are the same as an nhs hospital.
