"The nurse who saw me was very ..."

About: University College Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

The nurse who saw me was very friendly. It had made waiting for a long time much less frustrating as it made me feel I was in good hands.

I was seen and diagnosed in a reasonable amount of time.

What could be improved

The Doctor however was incredibly rude. He was curt and arrogant. There is simply no need for it, it doesn't take any more time to treat someone with respect. The same goes for the Reception staff.

Anything else?

Health is not simply a lack of physical problems and for many people being treated with respect will be key to their sense of well being. It would be a shame if those in need of help do not get treated with respect by the doctor.
