What I liked

I went to the UCLH this morning for another routine blood test without an appointment. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I am so impressed with the service and efficiency. I have been brought up on the Canadian health care system and have lived in a number of other countries in Europe so I have plenty to compare to. From my own experiences the NHS is one of the best health care systems around. Thank you and keep up the great work.
