About: York Hospital / Plastic surgery

(as the patient),

During the past month I have received treatment for Eccrine porocarcinoma involving the removal of the affected area and skin graft. The treatment was performed by Mr P M Lim.

I would like to express my grateful thanks for the wonderful way in which he has carried out this work. In every way the treatment, explanations and support has been excellent.

On each occasion that I and my family have visited York Hospital we have received the very best of help and care from the nurses and staff.
