"The NHS at it's best at Royal Hallamshire"

I went to Royal Hallamshire for a blood transfusion and consultation, staying on ward F1. I was admitted to the ward as an emergency on the 21st. Within one hour I had been seen by two doctors, diagnosed and my transfusion began two hours later. I was seen by the consultant on Monday 23rd and surgery was arranged. I think this is an excellent example of the NHS at it's best.
