"The difference a hospital makes"

I must say how pleased and surprised I was when I visited on Wednesday last, the.13th. On arriving I found a parking space without trouble and there was no charge for parking. On entering the building I was immediately taken by the friendliness of the staff, their willingness to help, to treat me as an individual and not as a number.. They came across that they were actually pleased to be looking after me at all stages. And, I had only come for a few tests. I had traveled down from Birmingham and the treatment I received confirmed to me that I had made the correct decision in traveling down.
