GP agreed to refer me to a psychologist who I had previous seen, GP said next appointment not heard back from referral, but there was a Refusal letter (Funding issue) on file (later found out after obtaining copies Medical Records, due to various problems with the GP Practice I had made several GP visits afterwards, due to physical/mental health issues - yet no-one had mentioned about the Funding Refusal letter.
