About: Central Middlesex Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

My primary comments would be excoriating. However, I'll leave those for another time!

What could be improved

Is it so impossible for the Chief Executive to ensure that all staff, however minor or major, especially Transport Personnel, at all times wear an Identity Tag with their name clearly displayed in sufficiently large letters for a person to read reasonably easily and displayed in a prominent position such as on their chest pocket or similar location!! This one measure alone, would almost certainly eliminate much of the rudeness and bad practice.

Thank you for your comments and suggestions. Tust staff are expected to wear clear name badges and the need to do so at all times will be reinforced to staff
