"British Sign Language"

I notice that you have 'Language Support' on your screen but there is no mention of British Sign Language (BSL), which is really a discrimination against the Deaf Community. Why can't they send their complaints or compliments by using sign language on the computer? So NHS will know how to improve the services for them in the hospitals by providing BSL Interpreters and to provide various medical leaflets in plain English. You see, the BSL is their first visual language and English as their second one.

Finally it is the NHS's responsibility to ensure that all the Consultants, nurses etc to have a 'Deaf Awareness' training. So they will know how to dealt with deaf patients.
