"Shocking"

I have been going to the maxillofacial department for months now and they still haven't fixed the issue. My GP has had to put me on strong painkillers to deal with the pain whilst the 'specialists' have done nothing. Whenever I go there the receptionist acts like it's a burden to even check a patient in and clearly thinks they are above the people there in pain. The doctors don't seem to know what to do, with nurses doing more of the work than them. The doctors don't include you unless you specifically ask and push them for information about your condition and treatment. I have called to get more information and find out when I can even get a consultation to finally get this sorted out and they put it off again and again.
